Booking Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required by no later than 24 hours to guarantee a
reservation. The booking will automatically be released if above has not been received by the
Guest House. Payment can be done by EFT, credit card or cash deposit. Once transfer of funds has been
actioned, please send POP to Lana at [email protected]

In the event of premature departure we charge for the full original booking. Cancellation
before date of arrival or no-show - visitor forfeits 100 % of deposit.
